Childbirth and Pregnancy Education Classes
From diapering, to car seats, to learning how to recognize labor signs, childbirth and pregnancy education classes are a great way to get ready for parenthood. UCare members can take these classes for free. Classes are offered through clinics, hospitals, and other health agencies. No referral from a provider is needed.

- Breastfeeding Basics.
- Childbirth and Parenting Preparation.
- Expecting Multiples.
- Infant Massage.
- Refresher Childbirth and Parenting.
- Vaginal Birth after Cesarean.

To find out more about classes offered in your area, contact the clinic where you go for pregnancy care or the hospital where you will deliver your baby. You also can call UCare Customer Services.
