UCare Complete is closing Jan. 1, 2011, and is no longer accepting new members. Current members have been notified of this change.
Member information meetings have been scheduled for August and September. During those meetings, representatives of UCare, AXIS Healthcare, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), the Disability/Senior Linkage Lines, and county human service agencies will provide resources and information about your program options.
