To become a UCare for Seniors member, you must:

• Have Medicare Part A and Part B (by age or disability).
  
  
• Live in the UCare for Seniors service area. Click here to see a list of the counties in the UCare for Seniors service area.
  
  
  
• Not have end-stage renal disease (kidney failure).
