Mail Order Pharmacy Program

UCare members with Medicare can order certain medications by mail through Express Scripts, UCare’s Pharmacy Benefits Manager.

The benefits are in the mail

• Free home delivery - Your prescription will be filled, shipped, and delivered to your home, free of shipping costs, within 10 to 14 days.
• Safe and reliable - A pharmacist checks every order to make sure it is correct. For your privacy and protection, your prescriptions are shipped in plain, weather-resistant pouches.
• Professional service - A pharmacist is available to answer your questions anytime, day or night. Call 1-877-567-6320 (TTY 1-800-899-2114) to speak to a pharmacist.

It's easy to get started. Choose one of three ways to start receiving your medications at home:

1. Mail in your prescriptions - Simply complete a Home Delivery order form, include your prescription, select your payment option and mail it to Express Scripts. Be sure to ask your doctor for a 90-day supply (with up to one year of refills, if appropriate).

To get an order form, contact Express Scripts at 1-877-567-6320 (TTY 1-800-899-2114). You can also get a form by contacting UCare Customer Services.

2. Call in your prescriptions - Call 1-877-567-6320 to speak with an Express Scripts patient care advocate who can help you get started with Home Delivery. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. TTY/TDD users should call 1-800-899-2114. When you call, please have these items nearby:

- Your ID number (found on the front of your member ID card).

- Your doctor's name and phone number.

- A list of your current medications or medicine containers.

Express Scripts will call your doctor to get a new prescription for Home Delivery, if necessary.

3. Visit Express Scripts online - Go to www.StartHomeDelivery.com and sign up for a Home Delivery account.
