UCare Minnesota and UCare Wisconsin, Inc. are Medicare Advantage organizations with Medicare contracts. These contracts are renewed annually. The availability of coverage beyond the end of the current contract year is not guaranteed. Beneficiaries must continue to pay Medicare Part B premiums if not otherwise paid for under Medicaid or by another third party. Members must use network providers for routine care except for emergency care, out-of-area renal dialysis/urgent care, (and in-area urgent care when the UCare for Seniors network is temporarily unavailable), and Point-of-Service benefits. Members may enroll in a plan only during specific times of the year. Anyone entitled to Medicare benefits under Part A and enrolled in Part B and residing in the UCare for Seniors service area may apply. Limitations and restrictions may apply to benefits.
