When you or your child gets sick in the middle of the night or on the weekend, where can you turn for help? For reliable health information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, UCare members can call the nurses at Health Connection. They can offer health advice when you’re not feeling well or answer your health questions. They can also give you advice about whether you need to go to Urgent Care or the Emergency Room. This service is available at no cost to UCare members.
PMAP, PGAMC, MinnesotaCare, Minnesota Senior Care Plus, UCare’s MSHO, UCare Complete, and UCare Connect members can call Health Connection at 1-800-942-7858 (toll free).
UCare for Seniors, SeniorSelect, and UCare Secure members can call Health Connection at 1-888-778-8204 (toll free).
