UCare Tooth Care Schedule

UCare is committed to increasing access to dental services for our members. With UCare Tooth Care, our “dentist’s office on wheels,” we offer dental check-ups and cleanings, and simple restorative care to members enrolled in our Minnesota Health Care Programs and UCare for Seniors Classic plan.

If you haven’t seen a dentist in the last year, check the schedule below to find out when UCare Tooth Care will be at a location near you. Then call 1-866-451-1555 to make an appointment.** If you are hearing impaired, please call the Minnesota Relay at 711 or
1-877-627-3848 (speech-to-speech relay service).

If you’re unable to visit UCare Tooth Care but want help scheduling an appointment with a local dentist, please call UCare’s See-A-Dentist Appointment Hotline at 1-800-235-0564 (toll free). If you are hearing impaired, please call the TTY line at 1-800-466-7566 (toll free).
