Ready, Get, Fit! Kit

The Ready, Get, Fit! Kit is a set of tools to make it easy for you and your family to get moving at home… and have fun doing it! If you’re a MinnesotaCare member with UCare, you can choose ONE of the following three kit options:

FAMILY Kit

Be the family that plays together! Includes:

• A family fitness fun book.
• Fitness dice (roll and play!).
• A collapsible frisbee.
• A jump rope set.
• Your choice of one of three great
  family fitness DVDs.

YOGA Kit

Yoga is both a physical exercise and a mental exercise for the mind and spirit. Includes:

• Rodney Yee’s Yoga for Beginners DVD.
• A yoga mat and carrying case.
• A stainless steel water bottle.
• A workout towel.

WALKING Kit

Learn to get fit and build strength through something we do every day: walking! Includes:

• A Walk & Sculpt Kit featuring Leslie Sanson, with 3 workouts and two 1-lb. walking-ball weights.
• A high-quality step-counting pedometer.
• A stainless steel water bottle.
