ActiveU Fitness Program

It’s important to be physically active. This helps you stay fit and healthy. If you like to go to the gym or a fitness center to exercise, UCare’s ActiveU Fitness Program may be able to help.

UCare’s Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO) members may choose a free monthly membership and no monthly dues at a YMCA location of their choice through UCare’s ActiveU Fitness Program. Members must call UCare Customer Services to request a participation form for the ActiveU Fitness Program. Call 612-676-6868 or 1-866-280-7202 (toll free), 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., daily.
