Connect to Fitness Kit

If you’re a UCare Connect member, you can get a free Connect to Fitness Kit to help you get fit and feel good. The kit has these tools and information to help you improve your health:

• A Thera-Band stretch band – The Thera-Band stretch band can help you increase your strength. Use it to do simple exercises at home.
• First Step to Active Health Manual – The Thera-Band comes with a manual and information sheets to help you start your own exercise routine. Pictures show you how to use the Thera-Band and do other exercises to improve your strength, balance, and flexibility.
• Fitness DVD – You can choose one of four fitness DVDs to be included in your kit.
