UCare Connect is a Special Needs BasicCare program that provides adults with certified disabilities or developmental disabilities with health care coverage. With UCare Connect, you can get:

• No premium to join the plan.
• No deductibles.
• Our Connect to Fitness program, which provides you with free membership and no monthly dues at a participating fitness club.
• Dental Care for U benefits that include UCare's See-A-Dentist Guarantee^SM, access to our Mobile Dental Clinic, and an extra dental check-up and cleaning every year beyond what's covered by Medical Assistance.
• The ability to join or leave the program whenever you like.*
• Dedicated providers in the UCare Connect network who understand and know how to treat your unique needs.
• UCare's Health Ride service, which offers qualified members transportation to and from services covered by UCare — assistance with setting up rides is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• This chart shows the added benefits you can get through UCare Connect over Medical Assistance Fee-For-Service.
