Health Club Savings

Whether you like to swim, take a class, or work with weights, health clubs are a great way to gain and maintain fitness.

UCare for Seniors members who belong to a participating health club can receive a reduction of up to $20 in their health club membership fees each month. To qualify, just bring your UCare ID card to a participating facility, complete a health club participation form, and work out at least eight (8) times each month.*

You can also download a UCan! health club participation form for Anytime Fitness, Curves, Fitness 19, Life Time Fitness, Snap Fitness, YMCA, or NIHCA clubs, fill it out, and bring it to the participating club of your choice.

*Health club dues reduction will be verified and processed the month after you attend a participating club at least 8 times. For example, attendance in January would be verified in February and credited in March.
