Are you eligible?

To become a Group UCare for Seniors member, you must:

• Have Medicare Part A and Part B (by age or disability).
• Live in the Group UCare for Seniors service area. Click here to see a list of the counties in the Group UCare for Seniors service area.
  
• Not have end-stage renal disease (kidney failure).
• Be a retiree or spouse eligible for benefits through a former employer who offers the Group UCare for Seniors plan.
