Group UCare for Seniors

Group UCare for Seniors is available to Medicare-eligible retirees and their Medicare-eligible dependents.

Group UCare for Seniors Plan includes:

• 100% preventive care coverage.
• Full office visit coverage with co-pays.
• 100% hospitalization coverage (some groups have a co-pay per admission).
• Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage, (also known as Medicare Part D). Prescription drugs are covered 100% after co-pays. This is an unlimited benefit that fills in the Part D coverage gap.
• 2010 Four-tier formulary
• 2010 Two-tier formulary
• 2010 Formulary addendum
• Worldwide emergency coverage. Members can be out of the service area for up to six consecutive months.
