UCare currently serves more than 250,000 members throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin. We partner with health care providers, counties, community organizations, and other member-directed groups to create and deliver innovative health coverage plans for:
- Medicare-eligible individuals throughout Minnesota, and in western Wisconsin.
- Individuals and families enrolled in Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP), such as MinnesotaCare, Prepaid Medical Assistance Program (PMAP), and Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC Plus).
- Adults with disabilities.
- Minnesotans dually eligible for PMAP and Medicare.
