UCare's Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) is Express Scripts, Inc. (ESI) for all UCare beneficiaries. All covered new and refill prescriptions, including mail-order, should be processed through ESI. UCare and ESI maintains drug formularies for all UCare plans.
