UCare will retire the legacy Provider Portal on June 17, 2024. Users will need to use the new Provider Portal instead. Provider Portal Administrators (Admin) without access to the new portal should request access through the link below. Once approved, Admins will receive an email to activate their account and login to the new portal. Portal Users who need access to the new Provider Portal should contact their organization’s Admin.

View claim status
Complete the online Provider Claim Reconsideration Form
Look up member eligibility
Check authorization status
Send a secure message to the Provider Assistance Center
