Welcome to UCare's Provider Portal

Provider Portal Admins without access to the new portal should request access asap. Once approved, Admins will receive an email to activate their account and login to the new portal. UCare has extended the retirement of the old portal to assist with the transition and will announce a new retirement date soon. Portal Users should contact the Admin for their organization to request access to the new portal.

The UCare Provider Portal allows you to:

  • Access explanation of payments  
  • View claim status
  • Complete the online Provider Claim Reconsideration Form
  • Look up member eligibility  
  • Check authorization status
  • Send a secure message to the Provider Assistance Center

Need help?

Due to larger than normal volumes, the request for Provider Portal Admin access may take longer than five days.

IMPORTANT NOTE: UCare does not authorize Provider Admin access in the UCare Provider Portal to third-party billers. If you are a third-party biller, you will need to request access from the organization’s Provider Admin.
