Following are resources for interpreters to use when working with members.
Add, Update or Remove an Interpreter
Interpreter Attestation - Attestation documentation must be kept on file and available upon request by UCare within 10 days of request.

Interpreter Overview PowerPoint - The interpreter service agency must require that each individual interpreter review the UCare Provider Manual overview PowerPoint yearly.

UCare's Provider Manual is an extension of your contractual obligations. Checking it regularly for up-to-date information and reference material is required.
