If you have received a denial letter but you do not have a bill from the provider, please note we are working with the providers and you will receive an updated EOB once the claim has reprocessed.

Known Issue:

Some members on Individual & Family Plans (IFP) may see new "Credit" payments on their account. These are APTC payments made by MNsure. We apologize for any confusion.
