Rewards and incentives
As a UCare member, you can earn rewards for taking care of your health.
New in 2026, you’ll no longer need to fill out and send in paper vouchers for your rewards and incentives. Paper vouchers will not be accepted to earn rewards in 2026. Earned rewards will be added to your account based on eligible claims that your provider submits to UCare for eligible services you get this year. To view your rewards and redeem dollars you've earned, sign in or create an online member account at member.ucare.org. You need to redeem your reward in your online member account in order to get reward dollars added to your Healthy Benefits+ card.

Terms and conditions
- Limit one reward per program, per calendar year, for eligible members
- Member must be enrolled in an eligible plan at the time of the exam, test or screening and at the time of redemption
- Member must redeem the reward dollars within 120 days from the claim processing
- Provider must submit a qualifying claim for redemption
- Please allow 4 – 8 weeks for claim to process
- Member may load reward dollars to the member Healthy Benefits+ Visa® card.
- You can use any reward dollars that are on your Healthy Benefits+ card through the expiration date listed in your Healthy Benefits+ account for each reward
- If your plan is terminated, all funds on your Healthy Benefits+ Visa card expire and the card deactivated
- Rewards are subject to change. UCare reserves the right to deny rewards for any reason.
