UCare Provider Portal

Important Update

UCare has extended the retirement of the Legacy Provider Portal to assist with the transition to the New Provider Portal. A new retirement date will be announced soon.

Each organization should have a Provider Portal Administrator (Admin), who is responsible for setting up all users at their organization on the New Provider Portal. Provider Portal Admins who haven’t already requested access are encouraged to do so as soon as possible, so they will be ready when the retirement happens. Portal Users needing access to the New Provider Portal should contact their organization’s Admin.
