UCare is a nonprofit health plan providing health coverage and services across Minnesota. Working in partnership with health care providers and community organizations, UCare serves:
- Individuals and families choosing health coverage directly from UCare or through MNsure, the insurance marketplace
- Individuals and families enrolled in Minnesota Health Care Programs, such as MinnesotaCare and Medical Assistance
- Adults with disabilities
