Plans that fit your lifestyle

UCare offers Medicare Supplement (or Medigap) plans that can help you pay for costs Original Medicare Part A and Part B doesn’t cover, like copays, coinsurance and deductibles. We have three statewide plans so you can choose the one that fits your needs and budget.

Benefits our members love

  • No network: See any Medicare provider, no referrals needed
  • Goes where you go: You’re covered anywhere in the United States when you visit any doctor that accepts Medicare
  • Fitness and wellness benefits: One Pass fitness program has more than 23,000 locations nationwide. Plus, quit programs for tobacco and nicotine.
  • Guaranteed renewable policy: Your plan and benefits are guaranteed as long as you pay the premium

Medicare Supplement plans don’t include Medicare Part D outpatient prescription drug coverage. If you want prescription drug coverage, you’ll need to purchase a stand-alone Part D plan.
