Falls are a major concern for older adults. That's why UCare created the Strong & Stable Kit, available at no cost to UCare Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+) members.

The Strong and Stable Kit provides tools to help you stay strong and prevent falls.

  • Resistance band strength kit
  • Tip sheets with helpful fall prevention advice
  • Tub grips to make your bathtub or shower safer
  • Night-light to keep a bathroom or another area of your home well-lit at night
  • Medication box to help take medications correctly

Get a Strong and Stable Kit

To order a kit, log in or create an online member account at ucare.org/onlineaccount, or contact your care coordinator. If you don't know who your care coordinator is, call the customer service number on the back of your member ID card.

You must be an eligible UCare member at the time of the order. Limit one kit per year per member. Kit contents and availability may be subject to change. Allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery.
