UCare may share your Personal Information with third-parties who provide services to UCare, such as information processing, customer data management, customer research, and other similar services. We will require these third-parties to protect your information.
Children under the age of 13
Our Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Site or through any of its features, register on the Site, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Site, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. Access to User Information and Your Right to Delete Your Account
The information maintained for each user assigned a User ID can be reviewed and modified by the Registered User. The accuracy of Registered User data is the responsibility of the Registered User. If you would like to cancel your account, you may do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . When you request cancellation of your account, we may retain your account information, subject to the terms of this Policy and our legal obligations. Following cancellation or termination of your account, UCare may continue to utilize de-identified historical data associated with your use of the Site.
We use industry-standard technologies, such as firewall barriers, encryption techniques, and authentication procedures, among others, designed to protect the security of your data and to protect UCare accounts and systems from unauthorized access; however, we do not represent or warrant that your data will be 100% secure.
