UCare and Minnesota Aging Pathways (formerly the Senior LinkAge Line) are offering free in-person support to help you compare plans and make confident decisions about your Medicare coverage.

Help from UCare sales specialists

Meet with licensed agents to help you understand your eligibility and the benefits of UCare plan offerings for 2026, including Medicare Supplement, Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO) and Connect + Medicare. Plus, get help finding resources to compare plans.

These drop-in sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment necessary.

Note: UCare representatives cannot recommend any specific Medicare Advantage plans offered by other health plans. We encourage you to connect with Minnesota Aging Pathways or your broker to review plans that best fit your needs. You can also research and compare plans on medicare.gov.
