Medicare navigation sessions with Minnesota Aging Pathways
Minnesota Aging Pathways is offering in-person, small-group workshops to help UCare members confidently navigate Medicare.gov. Each 90-minute session is led by Minnesota Aging Pathways experts and limited to eight participants.
During your session, you’ll learn how to:
- Use the Medicare Plan Finder to compare coverage options — including Medicare Advantage (Part C), prescription drug plans (Part D) and Medicare Supplement (Medigap) policies
- Get personalized cost and coverage estimates by entering your prescriptions and preferred pharmacies
- Understand plan benefits, costs and coverage available in your area

Request a session
Complete the request form between 9 am – 4 pm, Monday – Friday. Your request will be reviewed and if a spot is available, a confirmation will be sent within two business days. If spots are full, we will follow up with a list of resources for additional assistance.
Help from UCare sales specialists
Meet with licensed agents to help you understand your eligibility and the benefits of UCare plan offerings for 2026, including Medicare Supplement, Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO) and Connect + Medicare. Plus, get help finding resources to compare plans.
These drop-in sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment necessary.
Note: UCare representatives cannot recommend any specific Medicare Advantage plans offered by other health plans. We encourage you to connect with Minnesota Aging Pathways or your broker to review plans that best fit your needs. You can also research and compare plans on medicare.gov.
