Mental health and substance use services

Access the right resources and care

At UCare, we offer mental health and substance use support to members of all ages, at no additional cost. We'll help find resources for you or your loved one and connect you to support and services. This includes case management, counseling, individual and group therapy and community resources that are specific to your individual needs and culture.

Mental health case management

Our mental health and substance use case management program provides comprehensive support to UCare members of all ages with mental health or substance use concerns. Case managers work with you, your caregivers and providers to ensure you get the best care. This includes assisting you with transitions of care, connecting you to specialty services and referrals, providing general support and more to meet your health and wellness goals. We can also help with a hospitalization or if you need extra care for any reason during challenging times.
