UCare offers a health plan for people ages 65 and older who are eligible for Medical Assistance (Medicaid).
Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+)
UCare MSC+ is a plan for people who are eligible for Medical Assistance. It includes waiver services for those who qualify.
Eligibility
Enroll in UCare's MSC+ plan if you:
- Are 65 years of age or older
- Are eligible for Medical Assistance
- May or may not have Medicare and Part D coverage through another health plan
- Are a Minnesota resident who lives in the MSC+ service area
