How to enroll in UCare's MSHO

Receive Medicaid (Medical Assistance) through your countyIf you are not already enrolled for Medicaid, you need to apply by filling out a paper application and mailing the application or taking it to your county or tribal office.Apply for Medicaid |

Sign up for Medicare Parts A and BYou also need to be signed up for Medicare Parts A and B. You must pay your Medicare Part B premium unless it is paid for by the state.Apply for Medicare Parts A and B |

Enroll online
- You'll need your Medicaid ID number, Medicare number and an email address to get a validation code.
- If you need more time, you can save your progress and finish the application later. Access your in-progress application through a link in the original validation email.
